Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and compliance for a federal contracting workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer benefits programs and manage enrollments, billing audits, and vendor issues
  • Support SCA compliance, including wage determinations and employee notifications
  • Manage core HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, and performance review support
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of benefits administration experience
  • 1+ year supporting SCA wage determinations or fringe benefits
  • 1+ year HR Generalist experience in a government contracting environment
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
