Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Manage unemployment claims and support benefits administration
• Conduct employee investigations and facilitate positive employee relations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of four years' experience in human resources
• At least one year of experience in employee relations and investigations
• Two years' experience in full cycle recruitment and onboarding
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems
