Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Success Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an overflow recruiter and manage the recruiting life cycle as needed
• Administer onboarding, offboarding, and benefits processes while ensuring compliance with HR regulations
• Maintain personnel records and assist with Learning & Development program content creation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting and Human Resources experience
• Experience with QuickBooks, Paylocity, and NetSuite, or similar systems preferred
• Highly self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
