Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored local HR services and support for the Business Unit
• Act as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding HR queries and processes
• Identify service issues, propose improvements, and support the implementation of changes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; college education preferred
• 2+ years of HR coordination/generalist support experience required
• Experience or exposure to a labor union environment is a plus
• Manufacturing environment experience is a plus
