Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries, ensuring timely resolution
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates
• Maintain accurate employee records and support payroll activities and compliance with employment laws

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist and/or full-cycle recruiting roles
• Experience with HRIS platforms and ATS/ticketing systems
• Understanding of HR best practices and compliance with employment laws
