Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to provide support for recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, candidate assessment, and onboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist and/or full-cycle recruiting roles
• Experience supporting HR operations in a government contract preferred
• Experience with HRIS platforms and ATS/ticketing systems
