Job Summary

To support a growing multi-state organization, the full-time remote Human Resources Generalist will deliver strategic and day-to-day HR support, addressing employee relations, interpreting policies, and driving process improvements to enhance the employee experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to leaders on employee relations and policy interpretation
  • Independently investigate and resolve employee relations issues while assessing risk and recommending actions
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in multi-site environments
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and employee relations best practices
  • Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems, with advanced Excel skills preferred
