Job Summary

As a full-time Human Resources Operations Generalist working remotely, the successful candidate will execute HR data management, workforce reporting, and advanced analytics functions while providing strategic insights to drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with employees and managers on employee relations and performance management issues, offering guidance aligned with policies
  • Build and enhance HR processes to support business scalability and proactively identify workforce risks and opportunities
  • Conduct thorough investigations of HR data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and challenge inconclusive findings
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in human resources, consulting, or professional services with a focus on analytics and reporting
  • Advanced knowledge of computer software programs, particularly Microsoft Office, and willingness to learn new HRIS systems
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to identify trends in large data sets and make clear business recommendations
  • Strong judgment in managing confidential and sensitive information
