Job Summary
Detail-oriented and highly organized, the full-time salaried Human Resources & Operations Generalist I will manage full-cycle recruiting, oversee onboarding processes, and coordinate employee offboarding while ensuring compliance with company policies in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including requisition management, candidate screenings, and interview coordination
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation and readiness are in place
- Coordinate employee offboarding, including conducting exit interviews and maintaining accurate employee records
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Strong desire to learn and professional drive
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new software
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility
- Experience in HR functions, including recruiting and onboarding processes
