Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist, this hybrid role based in Cincinnati, OH, will manage employee onboarding, communications, and HR operations while ensuring a compliant and engaging employee experience across a growing population of engineering and technical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate new employee orientation programs and coordinate onboarding activities
• Create and maintain HR communications, including templates and documentation for employees and managers
• Support employee lifecycle activities, ensuring accurate HR records and compliance with multi-state employment requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• PHR certification
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or HR Operations
• Experience working in a multi-state employment environment
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements
