Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary

As part of the ADA team, the contract Human Resources Generalist will manage ADA accommodations requests, serve as an advisor on sensitive ADA issues, and collaborate with internal teams to support the firm's strategic priorities, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as an advisor and decision maker on ADA accommodations for associates
• Produce high-quality results using analytical skills to communicate outcomes effectively
• Collaborate with internal Centers of Excellence to influence systemic solutions related to DEI initiatives

Required qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience with knowledge of employment law and ADA accommodations
• Strong communication skills to interact with leadership and associates
• Ability to maintain empathy while setting boundaries in conversations
• Eagerness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
• High school diploma
