Job Summary
To support the organization's strategic objectives, the fully remote Human Resources Generalist will partner with site operation leaders to implement HR strategies, manage employee relations, and promote a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and support to Operations Leadership on employee relations, performance coaching, and risk analysis
- Monitor employee turnover and implement strategies to improve retention through exit interview analysis
- Manage the New Hire Orientation process and collaborate with talent acquisition to attract and retain qualified talent
Required qualifications
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
- 2 - 4 years of previous Human Resource management experience
- Proven project management skills and decision-making abilities
- Experience in managing employee relations cases and conducting investigations
- Intermediate knowledge of PC applications for word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations
