Job Summary
As a fully remote Human Resources Generalist, the individual will manage employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance while contributing to a positive team culture and achieving individual performance goals.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Manage the unemployment claim process and support benefits administration
- Conduct employee investigations and resolve conflicts to foster positive employee relations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of four years' experience in the human resources field
- At least one year of experience in employee relations and conducting investigations
- Two years of experience with full cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR management systems
