Job Summary

To support the People Operations department, the fully remote Human Resources Generalist will manage employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance while contributing to a positive team culture and achieving individual performance targets.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including onboarding and background checks
  • Conduct employee investigations and resolve conflicts to foster positive employee relations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of four years' experience in the human resources field
  • At least one year of experience in employee relations and conducting investigations
  • Two years' experience with full cycle recruitment and onboarding
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR management systems
