Job Summary

To support a growing behavioral health organization, the full-time remote Human Resources Generalist will serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary Human Resources partner for assigned business units, offering day-to-day support on employee relations and performance management
  • Partner with leaders to conduct workplace investigations, facilitate conflict resolution, and administer corrective actions in alignment with company policies
  • Coach leaders on HR best practices, talent management, and organizational change to enhance overall effectiveness and employee engagement
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum three years of human resources experience required; at least two years in employee relations preferred
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
