Job Summary
To support a growing behavioral health organization, the full-time remote Human Resources Generalist will serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Human Resources partner for assigned business units, offering day-to-day support on employee relations and performance management
- Partner with leaders to conduct workplace investigations, facilitate conflict resolution, and administer corrective actions in alignment with company policies
- Coach leaders on HR best practices, talent management, and organizational change to enhance overall effectiveness and employee engagement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum three years of human resources experience required; at least two years in employee relations preferred
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
