Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time Human Resources Generalist will manage employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance processes while working remotely from Matthew, NC.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Manage unemployment claims, worker's compensation, and ADA processes
• Conduct employee investigations and foster positive employee relations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum four years of experience in human resources
• At least two years of experience in employee relations and full cycle recruitment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and automated HR management systems
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
