Job Summary

To support the People Operations department, the fully remote Human Resources Generalist will manage employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance, while contributing to a positive team culture and achieving individual performance goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Manage unemployment claims, worker's compensation, and ADA processes
  • Conduct employee investigations and support full cycle recruitment efforts
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum four years of experience in human resources
  • At least two years of experience in employee relations and conducting investigations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and automated HR management systems
  • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
