Job Summary
To support the People Operations department, the fully remote Human Resources Generalist will manage employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance, while contributing to a positive team culture and achieving individual performance goals.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Manage unemployment claims, worker's compensation, and ADA processes
- Conduct employee investigations and support full cycle recruitment efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum four years of experience in human resources
- At least two years of experience in employee relations and conducting investigations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and automated HR management systems
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
