Job Summary

Seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources Generalist, the part-time contracted position will manage the full recruitment life cycle, ensure compliance with HR operations, and enhance employee engagement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage high-volume recruitment processes and maintain effective communication with applicants and department managers
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and develop HR policies while overseeing efficient HR operations
  • Collaborate with management to improve employee relations, address performance issues, and implement recognition programs
Required qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in a Human Resources role with leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Experience with HR-related technologies and a willingness to learn new systems
  • Familiarity with tools such as JazzHR, Monday.com, or Rippling
