Job Summary
Assisting the Director of People Operations, the full-time remote Human Resources Generalist will provide day-to-day HR support, manage payroll processes, and assist with recruiting efforts in a technology-focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee files and processing documentation
- Coordinate the onboarding process and respond to general HR inquiries from employees
- Assist with semi-monthly payroll execution and various HR projects, including virtual HR sessions and open enrollment
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of human resources or related experience
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices
- Experience with ADP and Lever is a plus but not required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- US Citizenship or Green Card required; must meet Public Trust requirements
