Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Human Resources Generalist will manage HR tasks such as organizing trainings, administering employee benefits, and maintaining HR policies while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Administers company human resource plans and procedures, including the development and implementation of personnel policies
- Performs benefits administration and communicates benefit information to employees
- Assists in talent acquisition and conducts employee onboarding and training initiatives
Required qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, Business, or related discipline
- HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or GPHR are a plus
