Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time remote Human Resources Generalist will support HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Operations Manager and hiring managers to coordinate recruitment, hiring, and onboarding activities
  • Manage employee offboarding, including separation documentation and access coordination
  • Maintain employee records and required company documentation to support business operations and compliance initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Operations
  • Experience working with a PEO, preferably ADP TotalSource, or the ability to quickly learn new HRIS platforms
  • Benefits administration experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices
