Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary

To support the People Operations department, the full-time Human Resources Generalist will manage employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance processes in a hybrid remote role based in Tampa, FL.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Manage the unemployment claims and worker's compensation processes, and support leaves of absence and benefits administration
• Conduct employee investigations and foster positive employee relations while maintaining HR file compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum four years of experience in the human resources field
• At least two years of experience in employee relations and full cycle recruitment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and automated HR management systems
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
