Job Summary
To support the People Operations department, the full-time Human Resources Generalist will manage employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance processes in a hybrid remote role based in Tampa, FL.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Manage the unemployment claims and worker's compensation processes, and support leaves of absence and benefits administration
- Conduct employee investigations and foster positive employee relations while maintaining HR file compliance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum four years of experience in the human resources field
- At least two years of experience in employee relations and full cycle recruitment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and automated HR management systems
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
