Job Summary

To support the People Operations department, the hybrid remote Human Resources Generalist will manage employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance processes while contributing to a positive team culture and achieving individual performance goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Manage unemployment claims and worker's compensation processes, and support leaves of absence and benefits administration
  • Conduct employee investigations and collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists on full cycle recruitment
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum four years of experience in the human resources field
  • At least two years of experience in employee relations and conducting investigations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and automated human resource management systems
  • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
