Job Summary
To support a dynamic and growth-oriented organization, the full-time Human Resources Generalist will provide HR services including onboarding, employee relations, and policy management while working remotely within the Eastern or Central Time Zones.
Key responsibilities
- Manage key HR processes such as employment offers, onboarding, and employee relations
- Collaborate with the Recruiting Team on hiring and position updates, and conduct employee exit interviews
- Assist with HRIS oversight and benefits-related issues as needed, ensuring efficient support to employees and managers across multiple states
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong HRIS experience, preferably with UKG
- Experience with internal investigations and corrective actions
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
