Job Summary

To support a growing HR function, the full-time Human Resources Generalist will manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee support processes while collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a remote environment with occasional in-person work in Dallas, TX.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume recruitment for operational roles, including managing the onboarding process from offer to active status
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Support employee relations and assist with HR administrative duties, including benefits inquiries and associate satisfaction monitoring
Required qualifications
  • 2-5 years of HR experience or a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a business-related field
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with high-volume outbound calls and maintaining confidentiality with stakeholders
