Job Summary
To support a growing HR function, the full-time Human Resources Generalist will manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee support processes while collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a remote environment with occasional in-person work in Dallas, TX.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume recruitment for operational roles, including managing the onboarding process from offer to active status
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support employee relations and assist with HR administrative duties, including benefits inquiries and associate satisfaction monitoring
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of HR experience or a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a business-related field
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with high-volume outbound calls and maintaining confidentiality with stakeholders
