Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary

Providing leadership and support throughout the employee lifecycle, the full-time Human Resources Generalist will facilitate Workday processes, promote positive associate relations, and drive process improvements in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support employees with HR functions and guide day-to-day decisions aligned with company values
• Participate in departmental goal development and recommend policies for process improvement
• Coach individuals and teams to enhance performance and contribute to achieving business goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2 - 5 years of experience in HR roles with generalist responsibilities
• Preferred certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
• Knowledge of Workday is a plus
• Experience in a centralized HR model is preferred
