Job Summary
Providing leadership and support throughout the employee lifecycle, the full-time Human Resources Generalist will facilitate Workday processes, promote positive associate relations, and drive process improvements in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support employees with HR functions and guide day-to-day decisions aligned with company values
- Participate in departmental goal development and recommend policies for process improvement
- Coach individuals and teams to enhance performance and contribute to achieving business goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 - 5 years of experience in HR roles with generalist responsibilities
- Preferred certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
- Knowledge of Workday is a plus
- Experience in a centralized HR model is preferred
