Job Summary

To support a growing People Operations team, the full-time remote Human Resources Generalist will serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues related to benefits, leave of absence, and policy interpretation while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Level 1 Human Resources inquiries, addressing employee relations, benefits, and policy interpretation
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly resolving employee and manager issues and ensuring thorough follow-up
  • Monitor changes in labor laws and support Human Resources initiatives while identifying trends for process improvements
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification preferred
  • Proficiency in Human Resources basics, including benefits and workers' compensation
  • Experience with various software systems, including Microsoft Office and HR applications
