Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary

A company in the business services industry is seeking a Human Resources Generalist.

Position Responsibilities:

• Implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives with employees
• Build relationships with leaders and employees to facilitate effective communication and relations
• Produce regular and ad-hoc reports, conduct research, and analyze data on assigned projects

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience supporting teams of 500+ employees
• Experience guiding leaders through the performance management process
• Proficiency with Excel and other reporting tools
• Knowledge of employment legislation
