Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding new managers and site leads for respective LLCs
Assisting supervisors in handling performance and discipline matters
Interpreting and applying employment laws, benefit plans, and human resource related policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Human Resource experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
Broad HR expertise and strong business acumen
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
SHRM-CP; SHRM-SCP; PHR or SPHR certifications preferred
