Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Human Resources Information Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Manage and support a team of HRIS Analysts in delivering annual processes and new features focused on automation
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to analyze HRIS data and drive informed decision-making
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of HRIS experience; relevant experience may substitute for education
  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience in areas such as HCM, Compensation, and Benefits
  • Leadership experience including change management and team development
  • Knowledge of HR processes and regulations applicable to system design and configuration
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software
