Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Investigator to assist with employee complaints and workplace concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints and workplace concerns
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies related to employee relations
- Collaborate with the Chief People Officer and Legal team on investigations of harassment, discrimination, and policy violations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in assisting with or conducting employee relations or workplace investigations
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgement
- Strong organizational skills and ability to balance compassion with accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
