Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Investigator to assist with employee complaints and workplace concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints and workplace concerns
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies related to employee relations
  • Collaborate with the Chief People Officer and Legal team on investigations of harassment, discrimination, and policy violations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in assisting with or conducting employee relations or workplace investigations
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgement
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance compassion with accountability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
