Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Human Resources Lead, this position will manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration, while acting as a culture champion and trusted resource for the team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting processes and oversee new hire onboarding and offboarding
- Manage payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with Insperity, ensuring compliance and supporting annual processes
- Coordinate culture initiatives and internal communications to foster an inclusive team environment
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of HR experience, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization
- Demonstrated knowledge of the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, and performance management
- Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with sound judgment for handling sensitive situations
- Preferred: Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)
