Job Summary

A company is looking for a Representative, Human Resources (LOA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and process leave of absence transactions using various systems
  • Provide customer service and support to associates regarding leave of absence inquiries
  • Communicate with internal partners and vendors to ensure smooth administration of LOAs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in Leave of Absence administration and knowledge of related federal and state laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with PeopleSoft
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Demonstrated functional and technical knowledge relevant to the role
