Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and conducts management training related to associate relations and recruitment
• Investigates and advises management on associate relations issues and conducts exit interviews
• Supports recruitment plans and conducts new hire orientation and HR assessments

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.), Master's preferred
• Two to five years of multi-unit HR generalist and associate relations experience
• Experience in a high customer contact setting
• SPHR/PHR Certification preferred
• Ability to read and interpret financial reports and legal documents
