Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with employment laws and policies
- Develop and manage recruiting strategies, including interviewing and onboarding processes
- Administer payroll, benefits, and employee training programs while providing HR technology solutions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health
- At least 2 years of experience using and managing HRIS and ATS platforms
- Advanced knowledge of HR policies and U.S. labor laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience with HR operations and employee relations
