Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager to provide strategic partnership and hands-on support for various HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of 2-3 Human Resource members
• Bridge management and employee relations, addressing grievances and providing support in performance management and recruitment
• Assess training needs and monitor training programs for employees in assigned portfolios

Required Qualifications

• College diploma or University degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Professional HR designation is an asset
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in Canada; experience in the US is a plus
• Solid understanding of employment legislation and HR management policies in Canada
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS is an asset
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
