A company is looking for a Manager, Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing
• Oversee bi-monthly payroll processing and benefits administration for U.S.-based employees
• Serve as the primary administrator for the global HRIS and ensure compliance with employment regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector
• Experience in Payroll Administration and full-cycle Talent Acquisition
• Strong technical aptitude with HRIS platforms, preferably ADP
• Foundational knowledge of employment laws and regulations
