Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for all HR related questions throughout the worker life cycle
• Work with the Operations Team to ensure successful onboarding for all new GEO workers
• Manage complex HR projects/issues with Workers/Clients including Performance Management and terminations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Generalist in a Human Resources role, preferably in an international context
• Knowledge of applicable legislation and rules in the field of responsibilities
• HR experience in the USA, particularly in Employment Terminations and advising on Employment Relations Issues
• Payroll experience is desirable
