- Manage the recruitment and selection process while overseeing the performance appraisal system
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and delivering training as needed
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant human resources experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a closely related field
- Experience in managing complex employee relations issues
- Strong HRIS and technical competency
- Preferred: SHRM-CP or PHR certification
