Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process while overseeing the performance appraisal system
  • Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and delivering training as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant human resources experience
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a closely related field
  • Experience in managing complex employee relations issues
  • Strong HRIS and technical competency
  • Preferred: SHRM-CP or PHR certification
