Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager III to manage its virtual, global workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel management, including new hires, terminations, onboarding, and performance evaluations
• Implement the multi-year HR plan and enhance recruitment, onboarding, and performance review processes
• Lead the Culture Working Group to improve organizational culture and employee engagement

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in human resources management
• Experience with managing a remote, dispersed workforce across different time zones
• Familiarity with SAP or similar HR and payroll management systems
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Understanding of global hiring practices
