Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and compliance
- Lead core HR functions including onboarding, HRIS management, and policy development
- Manage HR projects and complex employee relations matters in a dynamic environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; PHR/SPHR certification a plus
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in an HRBP or HR Manager role, ideally in technology or high-growth environments
- Experience supporting distributed or global teams, including immigration considerations
- Strong expertise in employee relations and coaching leaders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems, with UltiPro preferred
