A company is looking for a Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations and coaching to enhance compliance and reduce risks
• Deploy HR programs and policies, ensuring consistent application and compliance across locations
• Drive initiatives for employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including employee relations and leader coaching
• Experience in managing multi-site or field-based HR operations
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Ability to travel to field locations as needed
