Job Summary
Owning the full-cycle recruiting process, the full-time Manager of People and Talent will manage recruiting and employee relations for a remote workforce while partnering with department heads to anticipate hiring needs and provide core HR support.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while managing multiple requisitions
- Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers, addressing performance management, employee concerns, and compliance matters
- Maintain HR operations, ensuring data integrity, onboarding processes, and adherence to federal and multi-state employment laws
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on recruiting and employee relations
- Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruiting independently
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and experience supporting a remote workforce
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
