Job Summary

Fostering a compliant and high-performing workplace culture, the full-time Human Resources Manager will manage employee relations, conduct workplace investigations, and provide strategic HR guidance while partnering with leadership in a healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and provide policy interpretation
  • Build relationships with operational leaders to support employee engagement and organizational change initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred; advanced degree a plus
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred
  • Minimum of five years of human resources experience, including employee relations and performance management
  • Experience supporting healthcare or rapidly growing organizations preferred
  • Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and understanding employment law compliance
