Job Summary
Focusing on employee relations and compliance, the full-time Human Resources Manager will manage workplace investigations, performance management, and policy interpretation while collaborating with leadership to foster a high-performing workplace culture.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Build strong relationships with operational leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support organizational change initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred; advanced degree a plus
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred
- Minimum of five years of human resources experience, including employee relations and performance management
- Experience supporting healthcare or rapidly growing organizations preferred
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations
