Job Summary

Focusing on employee relations and compliance, the full-time Human Resources Manager will manage workplace investigations, performance management, and policy interpretation while collaborating with leadership to foster a high-performing workplace culture.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Build strong relationships with operational leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support organizational change initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred; advanced degree a plus
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred
  • Minimum of five years of human resources experience, including employee relations and performance management
  • Experience supporting healthcare or rapidly growing organizations preferred
  • Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations
