Job Summary
Supporting employees and managers in a fully remote environment, the full-time Human Resources Manager will deliver practical HR guidance, oversee the HR team, and enhance HR programs while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, including policies and employee relations
- Manage and support the HR team, providing direction and coaching for consistent service delivery
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to enhance hiring efforts and ensure a positive candidate experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of seven years of progressive HR experience serving as a trusted advisor on people strategy and performance management
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and the employee lifecycle
- Experience using Paylocity or a similar HRIS for core HR functions
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams
