Job Summary
To support a growing remote workforce, the full-time Manager of People and Talent will oversee full-cycle recruiting, manage employee relations, and provide core HR support while collaborating closely with department heads.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the hiring process
- Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers, handling performance management and employee relations matters
- Maintain HR operations, ensuring data integrity, compliance with employment laws, and effective onboarding and offboarding workflows
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on recruiting and employee relations
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage full-cycle recruiting
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and experience supporting a remote workforce
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
