Job Summary

To support a growing remote workforce, the full-time Manager of People and Talent will oversee full-cycle recruiting, manage employee relations, and provide core HR support while collaborating closely with department heads.

Key responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the hiring process
  • Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers, handling performance management and employee relations matters
  • Maintain HR operations, ensuring data integrity, compliance with employment laws, and effective onboarding and offboarding workflows
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on recruiting and employee relations
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage full-cycle recruiting
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and experience supporting a remote workforce
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
