Job Summary
Leading HR operations and administration, the full-time Human Resources Manager will oversee onboarding, employee records management, and compliance tracking while collaborating with various HR functions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the administration of HR operations, policies, and employee lifecycle processes
- Serve as the primary administrator of HR operational processes within HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-7 years of progressive Human Resources experience with a focus on HR operations and administration
- Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance requirements
- Human Resources Certification preferred
