Job Summary
Overseeing and managing the employee relations program, the full-time Human Resources Manager will conduct investigations, manage grievances, and develop HR policies while working in a hybrid environment 2-3 days per week.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances and issues
- Supervise a team of HR professionals and conduct management training on employee relations topics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 8+ years of progressively responsible HR experience
- Ability to interpret employment laws and handle sensitive information
- Knowledge of modern human resources management principles and practices
- Experience working with a diverse workforce
