Job Summary

Overseeing and managing the employee relations program, the full-time Human Resources Manager will conduct investigations, manage grievances, and develop HR policies while working in a hybrid environment 2-3 days per week.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances and issues
  • Supervise a team of HR professionals and conduct management training on employee relations topics
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 8+ years of progressively responsible HR experience
  • Ability to interpret employment laws and handle sensitive information
  • Knowledge of modern human resources management principles and practices
  • Experience working with a diverse workforce
