Job Summary
Championing inclusive workplace initiatives, the full-time remote Human Resources Manager will drive engagement strategies, manage sensitive associate relations matters, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the associate experience across stores and supply chain locations.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with leaders and associates to improve the working experience and increase engagement
- Manage confidential information while advising on training and development for managers and supervisors
- Lead the design and analysis of engagement surveys, recommending strategies to foster a positive workforce
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Five years of experience in Human Resources and/or operations
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliance
- Human Resources certifications such as PHR or SPHR desired
