Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

Championing inclusive workplace initiatives, the full-time remote Human Resources Manager will drive engagement strategies, manage sensitive associate relations matters, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the associate experience across stores and supply chain locations.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with leaders and associates to improve the working experience and increase engagement
• Manage confidential information while advising on training and development for managers and supervisors
• Lead the design and analysis of engagement surveys, recommending strategies to foster a positive workforce

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Five years of experience in Human Resources and/or operations
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliance
• Human Resources certifications such as PHR or SPHR desired
